I am the "Dad", the Patriarch the Papa Majore. I am proud of my legacy and to see my dreams fulfilled before my eyes. We worked HVAC together for 35 years and with Carl’s skills it was natural for his talent to be recognized by Corporate America and finally launching his own company. I am Kathie the Office Manager and I make sure everything runs smoothly because organization is my core competency. Administering Billing, payroll and human capital management is just the end of our company’s most vital functions, our highest priority is you our client. I make sure we are prepared to serve you through all phases of construction, service calls and new equipment installations. Honestly, I like the people I work with and my personality is a perfect fit for what I do. I am free to do my absolute best and that in itself is my greatest reward.
I am the Lead Installer at Preferred Mechanical Inc. I get it done right and quickly the first time to save you money and save my installation team precious time. My crew works like a well–oiled machine, I don’t mind if you watch just don’t blink. Our greatest compliments are when the quality guy at the office calls and gets a report that we cleaned up after ourselves. Which is fine by me, I just thought we would get more praise from passing inspection the first time or mounting a horizontal application in that itty bitty crawl space between the trusses. Air conditioning school is fine in the classroom but my education really began in the field. I have 5 years installing rough and trim phases of new construction and 8 years installing new equipment. There is always something new to learn.
I am a proud Florida Native, 12 year army veteran, experienced roofer, water treatment sales and finally air conditioning. I chose this specific trade because it comes naturally. I like being a comfort adviser and I feel like a hero when I can bring solutions to people that make them happy. In fact, I never feel pressured to sell a service or product my client won’t need or use. I appreciate being forth–wright with my homeowners because I have worked for some really shady companies with poor business practices. They never have sustainability, hurt their brands and in result, hurt the HVAC trade. Conversely, our customers speak highly of us, which deepens my enthusiasm and dedication.
